Doug acquired eight telecommunications companies over a ten-year period and founded SwiftTel Communications Inc., a Georgia-based statewide telephone company with extensive fiber infrastructure.

After successfully exiting the telecommunications sector in 2007, Doug co-founded the world's first cloud-based video conferencing company. The intellectual property is now owned by Cisco following a successful exit in 2018.

Doug holds patents for solar technology innovations and has installed over 7.8 megawatts of commercial solar systems. A disabled U.S. Army combat engineer officer and Gulf War veteran, Doug graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Accounting and from the Georgia Military Institute.

Jason is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with over a decade of Big Four public accounting and transaction experience. He brings deep expertise in financial diligence, complex entity structures, and transaction-driven financial strategy to LedgerBridge.

Jason has advised on and supported transactions ranging from $2 million to $50 million, with valuation experience extending up to $1 billion across a broad range of industries. His background includes extensive work in multi-entity consolidations, roll-up strategies, and investor-grade financial analysis, including participation in a direct listing engagement for a NASDAQ-listed company.

Earlier in his career, Jason built and led a specialized financial advisory platform focused on business valuations and M&A transaction support, delivering complex analytical work for middle-market transactions and capital events.
